INTEGRAL SKIN SYSTEMS

AUSTHANE IS SERIES

Two component systems to produce flexible integral skin polyurethane foam. Closed moulding application is applied. The system is designed to produce good surface detail, good reproduction and excellent skin on the moulded part.

Grades are available at various densities to cover most moulding applications. various physical properties, such as tear strength abrasion resistance and processing characteristics.

They can be dispensed by low or high pressure polyurethane dispensing machines or can be hand mixed depending on the type of system used.

Various grades are available for firmer mouldings such as self supporting child restraining car-seats or for softer mouldings such as pads or seating for sports equipment. Grades suitable for arm rests, furniture or automotive parts etc. are also available.
