Gusmer-Decker RimCell RX Series metering and dispensing units are designed to process any commercially available unfilled non-corrosive chemical system up to 3000 cps. RimCell RX is the system of choice for polyurethane processors who demand optimum performance and flexibility.

Designed to dispense filled and abrasive materials for very large parts
The Gusmer-Decker DeltaRim Series™ metering unit is designed to process filled and abrasive materials. Its unique Continuous Delivery Cylinder (CDC) piston pumps provide a continuous flow of material to the mixing head. This continuous flow, without pressure drop, allows for the production of very large parts with a virtually unlimited shot size.
- Can process polyurethanes, polyurea, composites, elastomers, DCPD, filled and abrasive materials, and many other multi-component RIM, RRIM and SRIM systems
- Can be configured to process two separate systems such as a flexible and rigid through two separate mixing heads with only one metering unit
