AUSCAST Cold Cure Elastomer Systems
AUSCAST SERIES
AUSCAST two component cold cure MDI type elastomers are formulated to provide a range of SHORE A Hardness levels from 25A through to 98A. They are used to produce articles that are not exposed to high impact, tensile or compression loadings. Being aromatic chemical systems, they have limited UV exposure stability. In external exposure conditions, it is recommended that suitable UV stable pigments are added.
Typical uses are
- producing moulded articles for the film production / special effects industry
- mining industry low impact protective articles / wheel chocks / cable cross-overs
- saddle tree Knee pads
