AUS produces a range of high performance adhesive systems for the laminated panel industry. We offer both two component and single pack moisture cure systems.
The two component polyurethane Panel Line adhesive systems are designed for use in continuous panel lines bonding metal sheet to EPS, Mineral Wool and PIR substrates in the production of laminated panels.
These systems have established a premium reputation for long term reliability and in situ performance over a period of 20 years in this industry in Australia and overseas.
The PA100 Series - single pack moisture curing products can be used in both production line applications as well as "hand" lamination operations.

AUSCAST RB SERIES
AUS offers a range of binders for use as both rubber crumb binder and flexible polyurethane foam binder.
AUSCAST 151RB is a one component polyurethane moisture curing MDI based binder specially formulated for binding EPDM rubber crumbs. A special catalyst system is supplied with the binder to adjust the curing reaction.
It is suitable for making children's play ground bases, floor mats, door mats, tree surrounds and flexible / cushioning products manufacture.
The AUSCAST 154RB binder product is specially formulated for binding re-cycled rubber. The mixture of binder and crumbed rubber is suitable for production of finished goods, including "welcome" mats, animal protection mats, truck-bed liner mats, playground mats, speed bumps, railroad crossing pads, carpet pads, running tracks, and bases for traffic control devices.
